Fees

• General enquiries are free.
• Optional paid services are listed with prices on our Services page and confirmed in writing.
• We never charge fees for currency exchange or transfers, because we don't offer them.

Refunds

Full refund if you cancel before work begins. Once a written guide is delivered, refunds are assessed case by case within 14 days.
